Important information regarding coronavirus (COVID-19):

At Luxaflex® we want to provide you with the perfect window covering and the best possible shopping experience. Due to coronavirus, we are having to do a few things differently than normal. The health and safety of our customers and our specialists is our top priority.

Our specialists are committed to providing you with the best possible service, but we also need your help.

Shop opening times

Prepare for your visit to one of our shops by checking in advance whether the shop's opening hours have changed. Alternatively, you can book an appointment. If you would prefer not to visit one of our shops, many of our specialists are available for telephone and video call appointments.

Do you have a health condition?

We politely request that customers with health conditions, no matter how minor, stay at home. Don't forget to let your specialist know. We will be happy to arrange another appointment with you at a later date.

Keep your distance

The government guidelines must be adhered to at all times. When meeting face-to-face with other people, you should stay at least 1.5 metres away from them.

Delivery times

Our delivery times are currently unaffected by the coronavirus outbreak. If, however, your order is subject to any delays, your specialist will get in touch with you to let you know.

We ask for your understanding and co-operation so that we can come out of this situation stronger.
